Payment

All orders must be paid in full before orders can be filled. 

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days after the order is prepared. We do our best to ship all packages to arrive by needed date. We are not responsible for postal delays; and will not refund orders that do not arrive by agreed date. Tracking numbers are sent with every order.

Shipping Prices

2 or 3 items: $6.75 (medium size box)

5 items: $9.50 (large box)

Handling

All orders will be charged a $5.00 handling charge, regardless of size. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. Our candies and cheese straws are packaged with lots of bubble wrap to avoid breakage. Please order extra if specific amounts are needed.

We are also not responsible for shipping delays. We ship with enough time of needed date but cannot control the postal service.

Refunds are not given for delayed or lost shipping, or broken candies upon transport.
